Escort cards and envelopes display a guest’s name and table number and are arranged near the entrance of the reception site.
Escort cards can be switched between escort envelopes if the seating arrangements have to be changed at the last moment.

Our escort cards and escort envelopes are printed on Ivory, Natural White and Bright White stock. The cards are a heavy 110lb card stock. The envelopes are an 70lb text weight. We use a 1200 dpi laser printer so copy is clean and sharp.
At Escort Cards and Envelopes we work with you to design the perfect escort card. Escort cards can be customized using your artwork or logo. Please contact Escort Cards and Envelopes if you are looking for a particular piece of art. If possible, we prefer to get all the design and layout work done ahead of time so that you can email us your list when all your guests have responded. Once the copy/design is approved and you have sent us the names we are able to complete the job within 2 business days.
Escort Cards and Envelopes prints Menu Cards that can be personalized with your guest’s name to double as a place card. We also offer Programs, Table Names/Numbers and Wine Labels.
